X-15 World Championships

Early entry fee for the X-15 World Championships ends August 31st. From September 1st, the entry fee is 150 Euros.

Charter Fee and Training Days
Please note that the 200 Euro Charter fee includes being able to use the equipment for the training days, November 1st - November 3rd as well as the regatta. Please send your charter fee through bank transfer, and you can send with your entry fee too.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The 200 Euro Refundable damage deposit can be paid in cash on site at the event when you arrive and receive equipment.

Entry Fee
• Entry fee submitted before 31 August: €50 Euros
• Registrations submitted on or after September 1st require a €150 Euro entry fee.

Entry is not confirmed until payment is received and verified by the organizing authority.
Entries under 18 will only be confirmed once a signed parental consent form has been received.

Equipment
Riders can either charter supplied equipment or bring their own X-15 set as per the equipment listed in Appendix A in the Class Rules. If you have any questions and would like to confirm that your X-15 equipment is allowed to race, please send photos and email ava@starboard.com.

Charter Equipment:
Charter Equipment will be available to charter during the event.
Charter fee for the entire duration of the event is €200.  Charter Fee payment can be made to the same bank details as the entry fee.

Equipment Damage Deposit
A refundable €200 cash damage deposit is required at on-site registration.
The deposit will be returned in full after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed undamaged at the end of the event.

X-15 Class Membership
Every rider must be registered as a member of the X-15 Class Association for 2026 season to race in the World Championships. If you have not registered yet, please register here.

U18 Consent Form
All participants who are under 18, a Guardian Consent Form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian in order for the athlete to take part.
